NCQA Goals & Attainment

Overall Results:
To qualify as a Diabetes Physician Recognition Program (DPRP), Summit Family and Sports Medicine was required to conduct a readiness evaluation prior to applying for their DPRP status. Summit Family and Sports Medicine randomly selected 25 diabetic patients per physician between the ages of 18 and 75. The overall score for this readiness survey sample was a perfect 100 out of a possible 100 points.  Since this score does exceed the 75 point threshold, this sample could be submitted to obtain recognition for NCQA’s DPRP (see Table 2).
